This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give appointment to him as a Peon under O.C.S. (R.A.) Rules, 1990 within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner has already been recommended by the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-3 dated 08.09.2010 to opposite party no.2 and, therefore, direction may be given to opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the recommendation made by
opposite party no.3 under Annexure-3 dated 08.09.2010, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
