This the second journey of these Petitioners in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. who have been implicated in connection with Charmal P.S. Case No. 07of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.11 of 2014 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Rairakhol for alleged commission of offence under section-147/148/341/452/354/427/337/323/324/325/307/149 of IPC for their grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed as also the earlier order dated 02.09.2014 in BLAPL No.1985 of 2014; while being not inclined reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners, this
// 2 // application is disposed of with the observation that when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin of the case to consider the prayer for grant of regular bail to the Petitioners, the same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective and disposed of early in accordance with law, so as to enable the Petitioners to move the next higher forum early in case necessity so arises. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
