This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Individual affidavits have been filed by the informant and Opposite Parties 2 to 6, in which they have stated that the matter has been settled amicably on compromise between the parties, which is the subject matter of C.T. (Special) Case No. 42 of 2021, arising out of Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No. 373 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Judge, Special Court, Dhenkanal. 4.

Taking into account such compromise and in view of the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Ramgopal & Another vs. State of Madhya Pradesh; reported in 2021 (II) OLR (SC) 807, the proceeding in connection with C.T.(Special)

Case No. 42 of 2021, arising out of Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No. 373 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Judge, Special Court, Dhenkanal stands quashed in respect of the present Petitioners in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 5.

Accordingly, the CRLMS stands disposed of.
