Mr.R.P.Mohapatra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the O.Ps. on instruction submits that in the meantime not only Encroachment Case Nos.30 of 2021 and 29 of 2020-21 have been disposed of but there is also clearing of encroachment. 4.

This Court disposes of the Writ Petition simply recording the statement of Mr.R.P.Mohapatra, learned A.G.A. 4.
