Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Through Annexure-4 Petitioner establishes that in 2011 there has been decision at the instance of the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation thereby asking the Petitioner either to take back its deposit or wait for alternate allotment of land. There is no doubt that the representation at the instance of the Petitioner is made after eleven years as appearing at Annexure-5. In the process, this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition observes, if the issue still lies, there may be a lawful decision on the representation of the Petitioner at Annexure-5 by the Managing Director of IDCO with the involvement of the Petitioner, by completing such exercise at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
