Instant I.A. is filed for modification of the Court's order dated 22nd December, 2022 on the ground stated therein. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not comply the Court's order under Annexure-1 for the reason stated.

Considered the objection of Mr. Patra, learned ASC for the State.

Notwithstanding the delay in applying for extension of time, the Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, the petitioner should be directed to surrender before the learned court below within the extended period.

Hence, it is ordered.

The I.A. stands allowed. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khallikote in connection with S.T. Case No.123 of 2017 on or before 29th February, 2024.

Rest part of the order remains unaltered.

It is made clear that no further extension shall be allowed in future.
