This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the settlement of land in favour of Opposite Party No.6, namely, Gopinath Barik, under the provisions of the O.G.L.S. Act, 1962. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order of settlement impugned herein is appealable one under Section 7 of the O.G.L.S. Act, 1962. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy. He further submits that delay in filing the appeal may be considered liberally.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Delay in filing the appeal may be construed liberally taking into consideration the pendency of the writ petition before this Court from 15th December, 2021 till date along with other grounds. 6.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website at par with
