This matter is taken up through virtual mode. Order No.

The Petitioners apprehending their arrest in Badachana P.S. Case No.418 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1751 of 2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/323/307/506/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act have filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the Petitioner Nos.1 and 3 have complied with the notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and they are not going to be arrested in this case.

So far as the prayer for pre-arrest bail of other Petitioner Nos.2 and 4 is concerned, learned counsel for the

// 2 // State submits that Petitioner Nos.2 and 4 are not charge sheeted in the aforesaid case.

In view of such submission of the learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not want to press this ABLAPL.

Accordingly, this ABLAPL stands disposed of being not pressed.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-10 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
