This Contempt Petition has been filed for alleged flouting of this Court's Order dated 18.02.2022, passed in W.P.(C) No.38355 of 2020.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievances, the representation has been forwarded to Opposite Party No.1 along with a copy of the Order passed by this Court on 27.02.2022. He further submits that though the Writ Petition was disposed of by the coordinate Bench referring to the common judgment dated 11.12.2021, passed in various Writ Petitions, wherein there was a specific direction to comply the said Judgment/Order within four months from the date of communication and W.P.(C) No. 38355 of 2020 was disposed of in terms of the said judgment, the contemnors ought to have considered the case of the Petitioner within four months from the date of the communication of the said Order dated 11.12.2021, in W.P.(C) No. 32900 of 2020 and batch. However, till date no action has been taken by the Contemnors for implementation of the Order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission made, this Court is of the view to give an opportunity to the Contemnors to comply the direction of this Court issued in W.P.(C) No.38355 of 2020. 5.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Parties-Contemnors to work out the direction given by this Court dated 18.02.2022, passed in W.P.(C). No.38355 of 2020 read with the judgment dated 11.12.2021, passed in W.P.(C) No.32900 of 2020 and batch within a period of one month from the date of service of copy of this Order by the Petitioner.

It is made clear that in the event it is found that the Order of this Court is not worked out within the stipulated time frame, it will be construed to be deliberate violation of the Court's Order. 7.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
