The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to treat them as constables under the Odisha State Police in terms of the advertisement under Annexure-2 and further seek direction to the opposite parties to give all other service benefits at par with regular constables under the Odisha State Police including promotion keeping in view their seniority and other norms as prescribed. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-8, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide
Annexure-8, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
