Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court has already settled the motion of not entertaining any Writ Petition arising out of the proceeding under Section 15(b) of the O.S.S. Act, 1958 and leaving the disputes to be adjudicated through civil forums, unless the order appears to be passed mechanically and without involving the parties but however, the proceeding does not involve any disputed question of fact. Keeping in view the settled position of law, this Court declines to entertain the Writ Petition which is dismissed accordingly. Dismissal of the Writ Petition shall not stand on the way of the Petitioner in approaching the appropriate civil court.
