Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to take final decision on the proposal for payment of final pension of the petitioner as per the letter dated 18.11.2021 issued by the Joint Director, Elementary Education under Annexure-1 and release the Final Pension within a stipulated period.

As it appears, the grievance of the petitioner has been recommended by the Joint Director to the Additional Secretary to Government on 18.11.2021 under Annexure-1, which is still pending before the said authority.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.1 to take immediate step on the recommendation made by the opposite party no.2 under Annexure-1, if the same has not yet been attended to, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.
