1. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that pursuant to the direction of this Court the Petitioners tried to contact the informant to pay the amount directed but could not have the contact. He further submits that a draft for Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) has been prepared to be submitted before the learned Court below.

3. Considering the ground advanced by learned counsel for the Petitioners, draft for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) be submitted before the learned court below to be disbursed to the informant on her appearance in the court whether by notice or otherwise on the direction of the court as would deem proper. Two weeks further time from today is extended, as a last chance, for the Petitioners to surrender before the court below as per the order dated 23.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 15944 of 2022, but

// 2 // subject to payment of cost of ₹500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned court. It is made clear that, other conditions in the said order remain unchanged.
