The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the forceful action of the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2-Financers in taking possession of his vehicle bearing Registration No.OD29-F-6153 (Tractor). 3.

Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel submits that in the meantime, the vehicle of the Petitioner has already been sold in an auction.

In that view of the matter, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 5.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
