3. Pursuant to the order of this Court the Inspector-inCharge, Bharatpur Police Station appears before this Court today through virtual mode and submitted that since the petitioner has already received a sum of Rs. 4,70,000/- from the complainant- Pradipta Kumar Das for transferring property as per agreement but as the land has not been registered in the name of complainant, the grievance as made by the petitioner is baseless and false.
