This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner in the course of hearing the BLAPL prays to not press the bail application by filing a memo with submission to expedite the trial since the petitioner is inside custody for around two years.

In view of such limited prayer, the bail application is disposed of as not pressed and the learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and make all possible endeavor to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months of the receipt of the copy of this order.
