Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to grant her enhanced family pension with effect from 08.09.2015 together with grant of all legitimate arrears of pay and pension resulting out of grant of Senior Lecturer Scale w.e.f. 01.01.1986 and in the Lecturer (Selection Grade) w.e.f. 14.09.1990 legitimately due to her late husband payable by Higher Education Department.

As it appears that opposite party no.2 has sought some information vide letter under Annexure-11 from the opposite party no.4. 5.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.4 to comply the information sought vide Annexure-11 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of the order, if the same has not yet been complied with.
