This is an application for modification of order dated 27.01.2022 passed in BLAPL No.11233 of 2021.

Considering the submissions made, the prayer seeking modification of the order dated 27.01.2022 is allowed. 4.

In paragraph-7 of the order dated 27.01.2022, after the expression "in the event the court in seisin of the matter is satisfied that Petitioner has no criminal antecedents", the words "similar nature" be added. The rest part of the orders shall remain unaltered. 5.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
