1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2 The defaulting borrower has laid challenge to the notice dated 28.12.2021 issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, assuming symbolic possession of the secured asset towards recovery of the outstanding liability of around ₹3 lakhs.

3. At the time hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a Memo in Court prays for unconditional withdrawal of the writ petition as the loan account has since been closed in view of an amicable settlement between the parties. The Memo be kept on record.

4. In view of the Memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
