Considering the pendency of the request of the Petitioner at Annexure-5, this Court takes serious note of dilly-dally tactics adopted by O.P.2 and disposes of the Writ Petition observing, in the event of pendency of the application at Annexure-5, the same may be attended to and decision, as appropriate, be taken within one month from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition.
