This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

I.A. No. 232 of 2021 has been filed for condonation of delay of 1364 days in filing the RPFAM as pointed out by the S.R. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although the impugned order was passed on 22nd August, 2017, but the same was not intimated to the Petitioner. On contacting learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, he intimated that mistakenly file was kept in the disposal rack and forgot to send the case record to the Lawyer at Cuttack to file RPFAM. Neither any particulars of the Petitioner's diligence to challenge the order passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela has been set out in the I.A. nor any satisfactory explanation providing detail particulars for condonation of delay is explained in the limitation petition. 4.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the application for condonation of inordinate delay of 1364 days in filing the RPFAM.

Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed.
