This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioner, a proprietorship concern of Sri Pabitra Kumar Sahoo, is a defaulting borrower of cash credit facilities availed from the Bank of Baroda, Sambalpur.

By filing the present writ petition, challenge has been laid to the e-auction sale notice dated 23rd November, 2021 fixing the auction sale of the mortgaged property on 23rd December, 2021. 4.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the parties submit that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of the required amounts deposited in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court leading to the loan account being liquidated. 5.
