In filing the Writ Petition, it is alleged, pending representation shown an outcome on the direction of this Court in disposal of W.P.(C) 27527 of 2022, the Authority involved is verbally threatening to the Petitioner for handing over the outlet involved. For the opinion of this Court, in the event, there is no final outcome shown to the direction of this Court dated 10.11.2022 in W.P.(C) No. 27527 of 2022, action, if any, should await till an outcome shown based on the direction of the aforesaid Writ Petition. 2.
