This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

It is submitted that the bail application of the Petitioner has been rejected by the trial court on 23.11.2021. Thereafter, chargesheet has been submitted on 26.11.2021. 3.

In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move the trial court afresh for bail.

The bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
