Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly, there has been certain queries pending to be answered by the Petitioner vide document at page-20. For the opinion of this Court since there are queries required to be attended and answered by the Petitioner, Petitioner instead of attending the queries to the office brings Writ Petition at this stage of the matter is not justified.
Taking into account the decision admitted to be cited in the course of hearing by Mr.Pal, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court observes, if the decisions suits the case of the Petitioner, nothing prevents the Petitioner to bring such decision also to the notice of the competent authority issuing the letter dated 17.11.2021 and satisfying him even answering the queries made therein. Considering that the Petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the Regional Passport Authority on 22.12.2022 along with required proof, citations, if any,
// 2 // for satisfying the Regional Passport Authority on their query vide page-20 of the brief, this Court observes, in the event Petitioner appears and satisfied the requirements that there should not be any obstruction in taking lawful decision. On the request of the Petitioner renewal of passport undertaking such exercise be completed within a period of seven days of Petitioner responding to the Regional Passport Authority.
