The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to set aside the order dated 21st November, 2022 (Annexure-4) passed by the Deputy G.M. Project Manager, M.C.L. for demolition of his residence.

Mr. Maharana, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, the house of the Petitioner has already been demolished. In that view of the matter, this writ petition has become academic.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may workout his remedy, as may be available under the law.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
