The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inflated bill raised by the Opposite PartiesTPCODL. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel submits that the appropriate remedy for the Petitioner is to approach the grievance redressal forum constituted under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to enable her to work out remedy under the law.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
