Kanungo, learned Additional Government Advocate.

In course of hearing, Mr. Kanungo, learned Additional Government Advocate wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a better petition.

Considering such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
