The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for acceptance of arrear MV tax amount by exempting penalties due to non-payment of tax of the vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-05-M-0519 (Mini Truck) for the period from 1st January, 2022 to 31st December, 2022 within the stipulated period.

In course of hearing, Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
