Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, most humble prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue a writ or writs in nature of a writ of certiorari thereby quashing the order dt.8.9.2020 and consequential letter dt.23.09.2020 under Annexure-9 and 11 respectively for the rescission of contract work order dt.08.07.2019 and the consequential letters therein declaring the same as illegal and nonest in the eye of law.

And be further pleased to declaring the letter dt.11.9.2020 and 7.10.2020 under Annexure-10 and 13 for imposing penalty from the present petitioner and the consequential letter dt.31.8.2020 letter dt.11.4.2022 and Annexure-16 & 17 for black listing the present petitioner declaring the same as bad, arbitrary, illegal and bad in eye of law.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before the authority in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
