This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 16.12.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the Opposite Party No.4 is the competent authority, who shall take decision in the matter. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 8th line of paragraph-4, 3rd line of paragraph-5 and 3rd and 6th line and of paragraph-6 of the order dated 16.12.2022, it is has been inadvertently written as "Opposite Party No.1" instead of "Opposite Party No.4". Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that in 8th line of paragraph-4, 3rd line of

// 2 // paragraph-5 and 3rd and 6th line of paragraph-6 of the order dated 16.12.2022, it be mentioned as "Opposite Party No.4" in place of "Opposite Party No.1", rest part of the order shall remain intact and further six weeks time is extended from today for consideration. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
