This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners apprehending their arrest in Jatni P.S. Case No.509 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. Case No.532 of 2021, pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Jatni, registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 147/148/323/294/ 324/ 506/ 149 of the I.P.C., have filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioners had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.14084 of 2021, which was disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 25th November, 2021.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the case is under Section 506 of I.P.C.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court dispose of this ABLAPL with a direction that if the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter within six weeks hence and move for bail, the Court in seisin over the matter would consider their prayer for bail taking note of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in 2021 (II) OLR (SC) - 981 and Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. (Miscellaneous Application No.1849 of 2021 in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No.5191 of 2021 decided on 11th July, 2022) on the same day.
