1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he will be satisfied Order No.

if a direction is issued to the Collector, Nabarangpur to take a decision on the letter written to him by the Excise Deputy Commissioner (CD), Cuttack on 16th November, 2022 (Annexure-8). Accordingly, a direction is issued to the Collector, Nabarangpur to take a decision, if not already taken, on the aforementioned letter dated 16th November, 2002 not later than 31st January, 2023. No further directions are called for.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
