This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State counsel.

The CRLMC has been filed for quashing of C.T. Case No.150 of 2020, on the file of on the file of learned Special Court under SC & ST (PoA) Act, Cuttack, on the ground of compromise between the parties. An affidavit has been filed evidencing of such compromise is kept on record. 4.

Taking into account such compromise and in view of the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Manoj Agarwal & Another v. The State of Uttar Pradesh & Another dated 04.03.2022 in SLP (CRL) No.(s) 8242/2021, the proceeding

// 2 // in connection with C.T. Case No.150 of 2020, arising out of Cuttack Sadar P.S. Case No.494 of 2020, on the file of learned Special Court under SC & St (PoA) Act, Cuttack, stands quashed in respect of the present petitioners in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

The petitioners as well as the Opposite Parties are present in the Court and are identified by their respective counsels. The self-attested copy of the Aadhar Card is kept on record.

The CRLMC thus stands disposed of.
