Heard the submissions of respective parties.

Considering the submissions made by the parties and since a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-2(series) is still pending before the State Election Commission, Bhubaneswar, this Court directs the State Election Commission, Bhubaneswar to undertake an inquiry basing on the request of the Petitioner under Annexure-2(series) and take the desired action, by completing the entire process within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.
