On the own submission of Mr.Panigrahi, learned counsel Order No.

appearing for the petitioner, there is a serious allegation that in the attempt of over throwing the petitioner from his own land, there is also cutting away of number of plants belonging to the petitioner. For the nature of dispute and the allegations particularly against Public Officer, for the opinion of this Court there is no such jurisdiction with the Collector to determine such aspect.

In the event the petitioner is affected in respect of his own land, it will be open to the petitioner to approach the Court of law. No representation in the circumstance can be directed to consider. Consequently the writ petition stands dismissed. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
