1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. S.P.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. A. Pradhan, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioners are in custody since 3rd November, 2021 in connection with K. Nuagaon P.S. Case No.136/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.210/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Digapahandi for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 147/148/323/324/307/506/149 of I.P.C, Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 4 and 5 of the E.S. Act.

4. Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioners be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter including the condition that they shall appear before the trial court below on each date of posting of the case without fail, they shall appear before the I.I.C. of K. Nuagaon P.S. once every fortnight for a period of six months and such fact shall be certified by the I.I.C. to the concerned court once every month.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
