Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 on instruction submits that the Opposite Party No.1- Bank does not to pursue the 1.C.C. Case No.114 of 2021 on the file of Learned

Civil Judge (J.D.)-cum-Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sambalpur, which is the subject matter in the present lis. 6.

Taking note of such submission, in tune with the law laid down by the Apex Court in case of Parbatbhai Aahir alias Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karkur and others v. State of Gujarat and another, reported in AIR 2017 SCC 4843, the proceeding in connection with 1.C.C. Case No.114 of 2021 on the file of Learned Civil Judge (J.D.)-cum-Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sambalpur stands quashed, in exercise of power under Section482 Cr.P.C. 7.

The CRLMC thus stands disposed of.
