Mr. M.R. Acharya, learned counsel for the opposite party files the certified copy of the judgment dated 22.08.2022 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Aska, District Ganjam in MAT Case No. 20 of 2021 which indicates that the suit has been decreed ex parte against the respondent and the marriage between the petitioner and respondent has been resolved by way of decree of divorce. The said certified copy of the judgment be kept in the record.

Mr. S. Kanungo, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for liberty to challenge the ex parte judgment. 3.

No liberty is necessary to be granted to the petitioner to avail the remedies which are available to her under the law for setting aside the said ex parte judgment.

This TRP(C) has been rendered infructuous on account of disposal of MAT Case No. 20 of 2021 and the TRP(C) is disposed of accordingly.
