Since on instruction Mr.Zafarulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that on completion of investigation in connection with Gop P.S. Case No. 365 dated 5.8.2021 Final Form No. 60 dated 19.4.2022 has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court, Mr.Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
