Against rejection of claim with regard to regularization vide order dated 04.10.2021 under Annexure-10 in pursuance of the order dated 15.12.2020 in W.P.(C) No.34841 of 2020 and order dated 29.06.2021 in CONTC No.2175 of 2021, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. 3.
Issue notice to the opposite parties.

Five extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned State Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.1 to 5 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
