Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 30.05.2021 in connection with Boriguma P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 83 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Koraput at Jeypore for the alleged commission of offence under Section 395 of IPC.

Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that the co-accused persons have already been released on bail as per the order passed by the court below in BLAPL No. 7881 of 2021 and 7882 of 2021 as also the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. 5.

Let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and

conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
