ORDER

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

3. According to learned counsel for the Petitioner, the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the opposite parties, more particularly, opposite party No. 2/Inspector In-charge, Airfield Police Station in not arresting the accused in connection with Airport P.S. Case No.372 of 2022 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/294/323/354/354-B/506/34 of I.P.C.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has submitted his grievance petition to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar, but no action has been taken by him. In such background, he prays that

// 2 // necessary direction be given to the opposite party No.2 to instruct the concerned IIC regarding fair investigation.

4. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar to look into the matter and instruct the Inspector-in-Charge, Airfield P.S., Bhubaneswar to do the needful within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
