In the disposal of CONTC No. 6461 of 2022, there has been already direction for completing the demarcation proceeding by 15th of February, 2023.

In this circumstance, this Court finds the present Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same is dismissed. Petitioner is directed to wait till the demarcation proceeding is completed. (Biswanath Rath) Judge utkalika
