Since there is a statutory remedy of appeal as against the impugned order involved herein, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file appeal. 2.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but however, with liberty as prayed for.

For the availability of Xerox copy of the order at Annexure-1, certified copy of the order at Annexure-1 shall be returned to the Petitioner.
