This writ petition involves an allegation of non-disposal of the Misc. Case No.32/2021 arising out of R.P. Case No.943/2017. 2.

Considering the allegation of the Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Pattamundai-Opposite Party to conclude the Misc. Case No.32/2021 arising out of R.P. Case No.943/2017 involving all the parties concerned and also the Petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, if the same is still pending.
