Learned counsel for the petitioner in course of hearing of bail application by filing a memo submits to not press the bail application with liberty renew the prayer for bail of the petitioner after three months. The memo be kept on record.

In view of such prayer, the bail application stands disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. The learned trial Court is also requested to expedite the trial and make all such endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
