This is the second round of litigation by the Petitioner. It appears, in the earlier occasion this Court in disposal of W.P.(C) No.3204 of 2021 on 10.02.2021 directed the competent authority to conclude the proceeding.

Taking this Court to the development through the order at Annexure-5 at page 21 of the brief learned counsel for Petitioner submits that even though a report is already prepared favouring the Petitioner since 6.08.2021, the Opposite Party No.6 is still sitting over the matter.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court finds surprise in the pendency of the case even in spite of a direction of this Court and submission of a report favouring the Petitioner. In the process this Court while expressing its anxiety for keeping such matter pending even after submission of a report, directs Opposite Party No.6 to show final outcome on the pending proceeding

// 2 // at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. 4.
