I.A. No. 2312 of 2023 This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application has been filed by the petitioner for correction of the typographical error crept in the cause title of the writ petition as well as in Paragraphs-3, 5 and 6 of the order dated 15.12.2022 to the effect that in place of "Demonstrator in Botany", it has been typed as "Demonstrator in Zoology".

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that since in the cause title of the writ petition, it has been wrongly typed as "Demonstrator in Zoology", the same has been reflected in the order dated 15.12.2022. Therefore, he seeks permission to correct the cause title. 4.

In view of the above, the word "Zoology" occurring in paragraphs3, 5 and 6 of the order dated 15.12.2022 be corrected and read as "Botany". Similarly learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the cause title. 5.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
