Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1503(A) of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (R), Cuttack for the commission of the alleged offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the first information report annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested and therefore, the anticipatory bail application has become infrcutuous.

In view of such submission, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of as infructuous.
